Engr. Ashik Subahani, BTech, C.Eng, FRINA , Eur Ing, MSNAME, MIIMS
Managing Partner and Managing Director
Ashik started his career with Corporated Shipyard, Calcutta, India (www.corporatedshipyard.com) in its design department after graduating in Naval Architecture and Ship Building from Cochin University of Science and Technology (www.cusat.ac.in) in 1994. Later in 1997 he joined Alan R Conroy & Partners, a distinguished marine and Oil &Gas consultant in Dubai. Ashik Subahani has vast experience in in design and project management of offshore structures, mobile offshore drilling units, jackets, jack ups, crane vessels, floating production storage and off-loading (FPSO) vessels, various ship types and installation engineering of offshore jackets, decks, bridges etc. In 2005 he joined BCTQ consultants (www.bctq.com), and became the General Manager of their Dubai unit looking after their business in the Middle East Region. He is an authority in marine and rig designs and has successfully completed numerous projects.

Ashik Subahani is a Chartered Engineer with The Engineering Council -UK, Fellow of Royal Institute of Naval Architects UK (www.rina.org), member of Society of Naval Architects and Marine Engineers- USA (www.sname.org), an approved European Union Engineer (Eur Ing - www.feani.org) and a member of International institute of marine surveying- UK(www.iims.org.uk). He is also a Panama accredited marine surveyor.
Engr. Pyarilal Kandy, BTech, C.Eng, MRINA
Managing Partner and Director of Operations
Pyarilal graduated in Naval Architecture and Ship Building from Cochin University of Science and Technology (www.cusat.ac.in) in 1994 and joined the ABG Shipyard (www.abgindia.com) in Gujarat and thereafter Goa Shipyard Ltd. (www.goashipyard.com). There he mastered the art of shipbuilding and fabrication management. In 1998, he moved to NICO International, a division of TOPAS Energy, in their estimation department to horn his skills in project finance and bidding. From Nico he moved to McDermott International where he worked in various roles from Production, Estimation, Proposals, Operations to Project Management in oil & gas industry. With McDermott International (www.mcdermott.com) he got exposure on installation projects involving installation of submarine pipelines, cables, SPMs and platform structures.

Pyarilal also worked as Lead Production Engineer with Dubai Dry Docks (www.drydocks.gov.ae) for various construction projects including Semi Submersibles and Gravity Base Structures. Later he joined Leighton Welspun Contractors (www.leightonwelspun.com) as project manager in their offshore division.

Pyarilal has vast experience in marine fabrication, barge conversions and upgrades, installation of subsea pipelines, cables, offshore structures and managing complex projects. He is a Chartered Engineer with The Engineering Council UK, member of Royal Institute of Naval Architects (www.rina.org).
Engr. C S Joe Joe, BTech, MS, C.Eng, MRINA, PMP
Managing Partner and Director of Engineering
Started his career, in 1994, with Mazagon Docks Ltd (www.mdlindia.com) in its design department after graduating with Honors in Naval Architecture and Ship Building from Cochin University of Science and Technology (www.cusat.ac.in). Later took his masters in Offshore Marine Technology from University of Strathclyde (www.strath.ac.uk). He joined, Ms Henderson International LLC, a marine consulting firm in Dubai for a brief period before joining the offshore installation engineering department of McDermott International (www.mcdermott.com).

Joe Joe has vast experience in barge conversions and upgrades, installation engineering of offshore jackets, decks, bridges, risers, subsea pipelines, cables and other subsea assets. He is a Chartered Engineer with The Engineering Council UK, member of Royal Institute of Naval Architects (www.rina.org) and holds a project management professional certification (www.pmp.org).

Joe Joe has published numerous technical papers related to marine and offshore engineering and was co-awarded a US patent (no. 8181589) for the design of marine anchor.
Engr. Rajesh Babu Subramanian, BTech, MSNAME, FRINA
Managing Partner and Director-Projects
After graduating in Naval Architecture and Ship Building from Cochin University of Science and Technology (www.cusat.ac.in) in 1992, Rajesh started his career with Bharati Shipyard Ltd. (www.bharatishipyard.com, currently known as Bharati Defence and Infrastructure Ltd.) at their design office in Mumbai. Later he joined Goa Shipyard Ltd. (www.goashipyard.co.in), a major shipyard in the public sector in India. He spent 10 years in Production and Project Management of various vessels built at Goa Shipyard for major clients in India, including Indian Navy and Coast guard. From Goa Shipyard, he moved to Drydocks World-Dubai (www.drydocks.gov.ae), a leading shipbuilding, conversion and repair yard in the Middle East. He was involved in the engineering of various newbuilding and conversion projects at Drydocks World.

Rajesh has vast experience in engineering, construction and project management of various types of marine vessels, offshore structures including jackups, jackets, decks etc. and FPSO conversions. He is a Fellow of Royal Institute of Naval Architects, UK (www.rina.org.uk) and a member of Society of Naval Architects and Marine Engineers, USA (www.sname.org).
